We’re committed to a strong culture rooted in Accountability, Diligence, Dedication, and Integrity—and we’re looking for a Landscape Laborer who shows up, works hard, and takes ownership of the details.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Support excavation, irrigation setup, and gardening activities.
Maintain equipment and ensure worksite safety.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Help with general landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, and pruning.
Follow environmental guidelines to promote sustainable practices

Qualifications

Proven experience with landscape maintenance or gardening.
Knowledge of horticulture principles.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Construction or excavation experience is advantageous.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good communication skills and team spirit.

Requirements

Previous construction or outdoor labor experience is an asset (not required for the right attitude)
Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs with ease
Available to work 8–12 hour days, depending on job tasks and weather
Able to work outdoors in a variety of conditions mid-April through November
Reliable transportation to and from work (as applicable)
Comfortable working around trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment with a safety-first mindset
Appropriate PPE for job tasks and weather conditions
Willingness to follow company policies and procedures, including Alberta Health & Safety Guidelines

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
