We're seeking a Full-Time Physiotherapist to join our Red Deer clinic. Whether you're already local or considering relocating to Central Alberta, we'd love to hear from you. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
With an immediate caseload, exceptional mentorship, private treatment rooms, and a collaborative team of 14 physiotherapists and 7 disciplines, you'll start busy, continue growing, and never practice in isolation.

What You'll Do
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-informed physiotherapy through manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and movement-based rehabilitation.
- Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, manual osteopaths, dietitians, and counsellors to provide integrated patient care.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
- Participate in mentorship, clinical discussions, team learning, and ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture rooted in collaboration, caring, and continuous growth.

- Predominantly private-pay caseload with minimal MVA involvement and no AHS/WCB contracts.
- Maximum two patients per hour, allowing you to provide high-quality care without feeling rushed.
