Full job description

We are accepting applications for a Service Writer. Join our team that offers excellent earning potential along with opportunities for growth. We’re looking for someone who can make a difference, because we believe that an innovative team can accomplish anything!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

Promptly attend to Service customers in a friendly & courteous manner,
Maintain & Manage open work orders
Must be able to prioritize and handle a multiple of tasks.
Review service orders & provide an explanation of repairs
Regularly follow-up with customers on work order progress; maintain communication with technicians regarding status of work order.
Monitor shop work orders to ensure shop availability

- Verifying with technicians to provide them parts and record parts against work orders

Uphold a safe & clean environment for customers and co-workers

Competencies and Skills/Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Possess the ability to lead, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Possess effective listening & communication skills
Must be able to facilitate successfully resolve problems to the customer and company satisfaction
Must have basic computer skills, excellent organizational & administrative skills
Have an understanding of Service Department policies and procedures
Have a moderate understanding of product installation & repair
Valid Driver’s License may be required.
