Top Pay for Top Performers
We reward effort, attitude, and growth:
- $18/hr – Rookie (Training | 2–4 weeks based on performance)
- $20/hr – Junior Mover
- $22.50/hr – Senior Mover
- $25/hr – Crew Chief
- $26–$27/hr – Senior Crew Chief
Tips + MVP Bonus System
Earn additional income through customer tips and our performance-based MVP Bonus System.
On average, movers earn an extra $2–$3/hour from tips and bonuses.
This does not include additional cash tips.

Requirements
- Physically capable (lift 100 lbs repeatedly)
- Valid driver’s license
- Owns personal vehicle
- Able to pass criminal record check + drug screening
- No smoking/vaping
