Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a 4 dedicated Construction Workers with a valid Confined Space Certificate to join our team. This role involves hands-on participation in a construction project located 50km south of Regina. Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid Drivers License. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and quality. Prior experience working within confined spaces is preferred. Must be willing to work up to 21 days straight with 40-80 hours per week.

Duties

Assist with the preparation and tear down or setup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
Perform various tasks to ensure a clean worksite.
Maintain safety standards by using proper protective gear and adhering to safety protocols
Assist with site cleanup and organization at the end of each workday
Support team members in various construction activities as needed to ensure project progress

Skills

Confined Space Certificate is required
Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
Experience or familiarity with working in confined spaces preferred
Knowledge of construction and demolition processes is advantageous
Basic understanding of construction processes and safety regulations
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
