Work Location: These roles are eligible for hybrid – this means you’ll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office (in Regina), on a scheduled rotation once probation requirements have been met. Until then, the successful incumbent will be expected to work on-site, full-time.

We’re looking for multiple Underwriter I (PL Mono Auto and Property) to join our team.

- Are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Leverage data, trends, and available resources to support decision-making and achieve business objectives.

- Embrace change, demonstrate flexibility, and contribute positively to continuous improvement initiatives.
Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant field of study, like Business, and one to two years of experience working in underwriting. We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way, so please don't hesitate to apply. We'd love to hear from you!
