Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Saskatchewan. This role is vital in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our company's financial health. The successful candidate will be based in Saskatchewan and contribute to our mission of delivering reliable farm product solutions.

Responsibilities

Front Desk:

· Answer incoming phone calls

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail

· Perform local and international courier shipment

· Maintain office supplies

· Perform other Front desk tasks as needed

Accounting:

· Code and post Vendor invoices

· Maintain electronic and physical invoices and related documents

· Reconcile vendor statement

· Investigate vendor inquiries

· Tracking grain delivery and input delivery

· Prepare and submit monthly CGC report

· Perform general office and bookkeeping duties as required

Qualifications:

· A high school diploma or equivalent

· Proven experience as Bookkeeper or similar role.

· Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and general computer aptitude

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamic GP is an asset

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Experience:

Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
