Full job description

Overview:

We are Specialist Medical Clinic and are seeking an individual who is committed to a career as a Medical Office Assistant and has a genuine interest in contributing to the care of our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess strong administrative and interpersonal skills. Wage negotiable.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain electronic medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with billing process
- Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and staff

Requirements:

-_ Proficient in using Accuro or other EMR_
- Experience (2 plus years) in a medical or dental office environment
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

-Resume with references required
