The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a financial professional who is passionate about helping clients grow, protect, and transition their wealth through meaningful, long-term relationships — not transactional sales.
You will work within an established, community-driven agency where the focus is doing what is right for the client, and where strong client relationships naturally lead to business growth.
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a cold-calling role.
You will be working with an existing book of approximately 2,000 client households — individuals and families who already trust the agency.
Your role is to:
- Deepen relationships
- Conduct meaningful financial conversations
- Identify opportunities within the existing book
- Help clients build retirement, protection, and legacy plans
If you are coming from an environment where you are expected to hunt for every opportunity, this will feel fundamentally different.
About the Role
Title: Associate Financial Advisor
Structure: Hybrid (in-office + remote flexibility)
This is a combined service and growth role:
- ~30% client service (reviews, updates, planning conversations)
- ~70% growth (expanding relationships within the book)
You will not be starting from zero — you will be stepping into opportunity.
Work Environment (Important)
This is a hybrid role, however it is not a fully remote position.
There is a clear expectation that you will:
- Work in the office on a regular and consistent basis
- Be present for client meetings and team collaboration
- Use remote flexibility appropriately, not as a substitute for in-office presence
This role is best suited for someone who values being in front of clients, working alongside a team, and building relationships in person.
