Rhodium Digital is seeking an organized, proactive, and highly collaborative Project Coordinator – Technology & Transformation to support a diverse portfolio of consulting and implementation initiatives across North America and the United Kingdom.
This is not a role focused on a single technology platform.
Our projects span ERP implementations, systems integration and automation, finance and accounting transformation, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, operational improvement, and broader digital transformation initiatives.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with Rhodium Digital Project Managers, consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders to keep projects organized, documented, coordinated, and moving forward.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving consulting environment, pays exceptional attention to detail, communicates confidently and professionally, and takes ownership of the many moving pieces required to successfully deliver complex projects.
Experience supporting technology implementations, consulting projects, ERP initiatives, finance or accounting transformation, systems integration, data projects, or similar business initiatives is highly valued.
Role Summary
The Project Coordinator will support multiple client engagements across Rhodium Digital's consulting practices and technology platforms.
Projects may include:
- Deltek Vantagepoint and other ERP implementations
- Workato integrations and business process automation
- Finance and accounting transformation initiatives
- Systems integration and application modernization
- Data, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
- Artificial intelligence and emerging technology initiatives
- CRM, HRIS, and operational systems
- Business process improvement and organizational transformation
Working alongside Project Managers and consulting teams, this role will support project planning, scheduling, governance, documentation, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, meeting management, reporting, testing coordination, and implementation readiness.
Projects are delivered using Rhodium Digital's PLATINUM methodology, our structured governance and delivery framework designed to create clarity, accountability, predictability, and measurable project success.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination and Governance
- Support Project Managers and consulting teams in the coordination and administration of technology and transformation projects.
- Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, and resource assignments.
- Apply Rhodium Digital's PLATINUM methodology and associated project governance standards throughout project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, action registers, decision logs, RACI matrices, status reports, meeting records, and project repositories.
- Track project actions, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and commitments and follow up with responsible stakeholders.
- Support scope, schedule, budget, and project change tracking.
- Identify emerging scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, risks, and delivery concerns for escalation to the Project Manager.
- Ensure project information remains current, organized, accurate, and accessible.
Stakeholder and Client Coordination
- Coordinate client meetings, project working sessions, workshops, governance sessions, steering committees, and internal delivery meetings.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, status updates, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Capture meeting minutes, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates and ensure appropriate follow-up occurs.
- Coordinate communications between client stakeholders, consultants, developers, integration specialists, data teams, finance resources, and Rhodium Digital leadership.
- Support the preparation of executive and operational project reporting.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams regarding schedules, deliverables, dependencies, outstanding actions, and upcoming activities.
- Help ensure stakeholders understand responsibilities, deadlines, decisions, and project expectations.
Delivery and Implementation Support
- Coordinate activities across functional consultants, technical resources, developers, integration specialists, data and analytics teams, finance professionals, and client resources.
- Support requirements gathering, workshops, design activities, testing cycles, User Acceptance Testing, defect tracking, and resolution follow-up.
- Assist with implementation schedules, deployment plans, cutover activities, readiness reviews, and go-live coordination.
- Track project deliverables and ensure appropriate reviews, approvals, and client sign-offs are completed.
- Support project onboarding, documentation management, resource scheduling, and project closeout activities.
- Assist with post-implementation stabilization and transition activities.
Business and Organizational Change Coordination
- Support the identification and tracking of business process changes, organizational impacts, training requirements, and implementation readiness considerations.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and change management resources to ensure business readiness activities align with project timelines.
- Track training, communication, process, and operational dependencies within project plans.
- Ensure business and organizational impacts are appropriately incorporated into project governance and status reporting.
Note: This role does not directly deliver organizational change management services. The focus is on coordination, tracking, documentation, and integration with the overall project.
Emerging Technology and Cross-Practice Projects
- Support projects across a growing range of Rhodium Digital services and technologies.
- Coordinate integration and automation initiatives involving platforms such as Workato and other enterprise applications.
- Support data, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Participate in emerging Artificial Intelligence projects as Rhodium Digital continues to expand its Data and AI capabilities.
- Assist with finance, accounting, operational, and business transformation initiatives that may extend beyond traditional technology implementations.
- Develop an increasingly broad understanding of how technology, business processes, people, and data come together within enterprise transformation programs.
Practice Development and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the continued development of Rhodium Digital's project management tools, templates, governance standards, and PLATINUM delivery framework.
- Identify opportunities to improve project administration, coordination, reporting, documentation, and internal processes.
- Participate in project retrospectives, internal knowledge sharing, and consulting development initiatives.
- Support consistent project delivery standards across Rhodium Digital engagements.
- Develop increasing project management and consulting responsibility as experience and capability grow.
QualificationsRequired
- Experience supporting technology, consulting, software implementation, finance, accounting, operational improvement, or business transformation projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, meetings, stakeholders, and activities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, professional project documentation.
- Experience coordinating meetings, tracking actions, maintaining schedules, and supporting project reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work effectively with technical professionals, consultants, business stakeholders, executives, and client teams.
- Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, initiative, curiosity, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while operating as part of collaborative project teams.
- Comfort learning new technologies, business processes, industries, and subject areas.
Preferred
- Experience supporting ERP, systems integration, data, analytics, automation, finance, accounting, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
- Familiarity with Workato or other integration and automation platforms.
- Exposure to data platforms, business intelligence, analytics, or Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
- CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP coursework, or other formal project management education or certification.
- Experience working within professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, architecture, construction, or other project-based organizations.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, UKG, CRM systems, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Previous experience within consulting, enterprise software, professional services, or digital transformation environments.
