Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing, with a focus on elevating brand presence across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will develop and execute engaging content strategies, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to drive growth and engagement. Experience in e-commerce, SEO, and graphic design tools is highly valued to craft compelling visuals and targeted messaging.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application)
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and increase organic reach
Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively
Monitor social media analytics through Google Analytics and platform insights to evaluate campaign performance
Proofread all content for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice before publication
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products and special offers through social channels
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate best practices into ongoing campaigns

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques
Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and familiarity with social media advertising platforms
Skilled in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application)
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance metrics
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
