We’re hiring closers — and we’re hiring NOW.

Northbound Payments helps local businesses stop overpaying on their credit/debit card processing. We partner with the major platforms (Clover, Global Payments, and more), and our reps walk into businesses with a simple, welcome offer: a free rate review, if we can’t beat their rates we will send them a $250 Amazon Gift Card— that shows owners exactly where they’re losing money. It’s a warm, consultative sale — not a hard pitch.

We’re expanding fast across the GTA and building our founding field sales team.

In-Person Hiring Days: June 15, 16 & 17 — Vaughan, ON

What you’ll do

Meet with local business owners (restaurants, retail, salons, clinics, and more) to offer a free processing rate review

Work the warm leads we provide and prospect your own territory across the GTA

Present clear, honest savings comparisons and sign merchants onto better processing

Build and maintain relationships that keep your book — and your commissions — growing

This is a B2B role

You’ll be selling to business owners and decision-makers — not consumers. If you like talking to entrepreneurs, solving real problems, and being paid for results, you’ll thrive here.

What we’re looking for

Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to earn

Comfortable speaking with business owners face-to-face

Professional and presentable

Valid Ontario driver’s license

A smartphone

Legally eligible to work in Canada

Sales experience is an asset — but not required. We train the right attitude.

Compensation at a glance

Commission-only, uncapped — average $500–$1,000 per deal

Minimum performance standard: 8 new accounts per month

Expected earnings: $5,000–$10,000+/month

Quarterly prizes, residual income for top performers, and promotion opportunities
