Full job description

☐ About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized ASSISTANT to support the ARTIST/CEO across multiple businesses and personal life management. This is a long-term position built on trust.

The goal is to have a capable person who executes tasks independently, identifies issues before they escalate, and carries them through to completion without ongoing oversight or micromanagement. The split is evenly divided between business tasks and personal errands, both requiring equal attention.

Self-motivation and independent problem-solving are core expectations of this role.

☐ What You Will Be Doing

You will work closely with a music artist and creative CEO, completing assigned tasks while also identifying new items and resolving them independently.

Business tasks include coordinating with contractors and vendors, researching and sourcing suppliers or specialists, collecting quotes, following up with collaborators and contributors, supporting event logistics, and managing open administrative items.

Personal errands include property coordination, appointment scheduling, government documentation, insurance follow-up, contractor outreach, and similar jobs that require a dependable person to administer.

☐ Discretion and Trust

Confidentiality is a firm requirement. This role involves access to private and personal information; ie, financial matters, property, business relationships, and personal scheduling. The right candidate understands that proximity to someone's professional and personal life comes with responsibility, and they handle it accordingly.

☐ Does This Describe You?

You are organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing numerous tasks simultaneously without losing track.

You communicate clearly and concisely. You have supported a busy individual or executive before and understand what it means to protect someone's time. Experience in a creative industry environment is an asset.

English fluency is required + French is a strong advantage for Montreal-based coordination.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
