Position Title: Client Relations Insurance Administrator

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $48,000-$55,000

Summary:

Canadian Dealer Lease Services Incorporated (CDLSI) is a leading provider of leasing services to the automotive industry. CDLSI manages the Client Relations, Accounting, and End of Term operations for a wide range of internationally renowned car makers. The Client Relations Insurance Administrator will report directly to the Client Relations Manager.

Responsibilities/ Duties:

· Responds to emails from customers and responds to insurance coverage inquiries.

· Reviews the insurance inboxes throughout the day and ensures that all emails are actioned and processed in a timely and orderly fashion.

· Handles and investigates issues relating to insurance coverage.

· Advises direct supervisor on trends and concerns.

· Answers internal queries from other departments and team members.

· Updates notes in the system of records and insurance policy information in the Insurance Tracking system.

· Assists with Insurance Tracking accounts by taking or making calls, as required by management.

· Assists with the Auto Dialers by preparing the Agentless Lists and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.

· Manages both Insurance inboxes (French/English).

· Handles and investigate Action log Insurance Tracking Escalation as required

· Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

· Post Secondary education required.

· Must be bilingual in French & English – Both verbally and written.

· 2+ years’ experience in a Call Centre environment.

· Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes.

· Exceptional analytical and listening skills.

· Ability to operate well in a call center team environment.

· Natural flair for coaching, motivating, and interacting with people.

· Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.

· Flexible and adaptable to working in a fast-paced team environment.

· Able to multitask and prioritize.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

· Critical thinker, attention to details.

Manage vehicle lease portfolio from inception to end of lease
Answer queries from lessees regarding their vehicle lease contract
Assist with account management such as updating banking information and change of address
