About the Role
We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as remote customer service representatives in Canada. Whether you're a student, recent graduate, professional, or industry expert, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a dynamic, nationwide team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will leverage your communication, problem-solving, and research skills to deliver outstanding support to our clients. You’ll assist with inquiries, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction, all from the comfort of your home.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or customer service experience is a plus.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance your skills.

Within 6 months, you will:

Progress into a more advanced Customer Service Representative role.
Mentor new team members and share best practices.
Lead or participate in training sessions for peers.
