Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Online Tutor, where you will inspire and empower students by delivering engaging, personalized educational support through virtual platforms. As an Online Tutor, you will facilitate interactive lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and help students achieve their full potential across various subjects and age groups.

Subjects offered: Maths. English, and Sciences.

Age Groups: Grade 1-Grade 12

Duties

Conduct live, interactive tutoring sessions via online platforms, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Develop and deliver customized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student goals
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
Create a supportive and motivating virtual classroom environment that encourages active participation
Communicate clearly with students and parents or guardians regarding performance, challenges, and achievements
Utilize digital tools and resources effectively to enhance the learning experience
Maintain accurate records of sessions, student progress, and lesson plans for ongoing evaluation

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across relevant subjects or age groups
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Experience working with children or young learners is highly preferred
Classroom experience or prior teaching background is a valuable asset
Ability to manage multiple sessions simultaneously while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm
Reliable internet connection, computer, webcam, and headset for seamless virtual instruction
Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
