Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a dynamic kitchen environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly, providing high-quality meals while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly.
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
Keep the kitchen organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Help with menu planning and special event preparations as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
