Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring that patrons enjoy their meals in a welcoming, relaxed and efficient environment. Your ability to manage time effectively, while being welcoming and maintaining high standards of food safety will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a high level of hospitality throughout the dining experience.
Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Process payments accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and assist with any necessary tasks as needed.

Skills

Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest needs simultaneously.
Serving experience is a must.
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Familiarity with kitchen operations is beneficial for effective communication with kitchen staff.
