Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Ski Boot Liner Fitting Specialist & Training Lead to perform advanced customization and fitting of thermoform ski boot liners. This role requires specialized hands-on expertise in diagnosing complex fit issues and applying proprietary liner fitting techniques critical to athlete performance and customer safety.

Duties

Manage Liner fitting appointment bookings and stock
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Engage with customers and assist in technical sales by providing detailed information about Intuition products and services
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions
Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting
Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Qualifications

Previous experience with custom boot fitting is essential
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.76-$32.00 per hour
