Key Accountabilities

Menu execution — Prepares, pre‑cooks, cooks, and presents menu items with consistency and precision, following Chef Ramsay’s standardized recipes and plating guides.
Mise en place mastery — Prepares mise en place for high‑volume service, including garnishes, sauces, proteins, vegetables, and station setup.
Kitchen cleanliness — Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, and work areas in accordance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Inventory handling — Receives, labels, dates, stores, and rotates stock using FIFO procedures to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
Team communication — Liaises effectively with culinary leadership, front‑of‑house teams, and support departments to ensure smooth service.
Guest‑focused mindset — Contributes to an exceptional dining experience through accuracy, consistency, and pride in every dish.
Brand standards — Upholds all licensing, health and safety, and operational regulations.
Continuous improvement — Participates in culinary meetings, training, and skill‑building opportunities.
Other duties — Performs additional tasks as assigned to support kitchen operations.

Education and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year culinary experience
Culinary education an asset
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays up to 40 hours per week
Food Safe Certification
Ability to successfully clear a criminal record check
Good communication skills

Probationary starting rate: $20.51

Standing for long periods of time and non-traditional work hours
