We pride ourselves on delivering impeccable service, offering an extensive selection of premium scotch whiskies, and crafting classic cocktail in a sophisticated, high-energy environment.

The Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable, polished, and passionate Server to join our Front of House team. As a Server at Cask Whisky Vault, you will guide guests through our extensive menu, recommend the perfect spirit and food pairings, and ensure a flawless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional, highly personalized guest experience in a premium lounge setting.
Demonstrate strong, articulate menu knowledge, particularly regarding our extensive portfolio of scotch whiskies (including profiles like Ardbeg, Bowmore, Dalmore, and Macallan) and classic cigar lounge pairings.
Accurately and efficiently process orders, modifications, and payments using the Silverware POS system.
Collaborate seamlessly with Front of House management, bartenders, and the culinary team to maintain smooth floor operations.
Anticipate guest needs, make tailored recommendations, and handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain the pristine cleanliness, organization, and sophisticated ambiance of the dining and lounge areas.

Qualifications

Previous serving experience in a fine dining, premium lounge, or upscale hospitality environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of spirits, specifically a strong understanding of premium whiskies, craft cocktails, and flavor profiles.
Familiarity with the Silverware POS system is a strong asset.
Valid Serving It Right (SIR) certification is strictly required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and a high standard for personal presentation.
