Join the Simard Transport Team as a Warehouse Supervisor!

Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for an opportunity to lead and make an impact? Simard Transport is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating warehouse activities, leading employees, and driving operational excellence. If you have strong leadership skills, warehouse experience, and a passion for safety and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse processes on all shifts.
Provide daily leadership and hands-on support for the department.
Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation.
Prepare and monitor team objectives for the shift, based on the needs of your shift.
Planning, coordinating and verifying information is essential to the success of the operation.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Must have a clean criminal record.
Minimum 2 years of Counterbalance Forklift experience (required).
Must have own reliable transport (required).
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse leading a team(required).
Valid forklift certification (required).
Familiarity using a Warehouse Management System (preferred).
Able to successfully meet KPIs and improve cost efficiency.
