Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team who can close( 2 hr)The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive learning environment for young children and supporting their developmental growth. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through engaging activities, nurturing care, and educational guidance.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring all children receive appropriate care and attention.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative educational atmosphere.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in accordance with licensing regulations.
Incorporate educational activities that stimulate curiosity and encourage early learning skills such as language development, motor skills, and social interaction.

Requirements

Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to various developmental stages.
Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
Compassionate nature with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Ability to pass background checks and meet licensing requirements for early childhood education providers.

Pay: $24.00-$29.18 per hour
