Design Technologist – Play Structures & Attractions
Richmond, BC

Join a collaborative, people-first team creating innovative, high-impact water play experiences for families worldwide. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoys turning ideas into engaging, buildable concepts.

You will lead the design of aquatic play structures—developing layouts, colour schemes, and themed environments that enhance guest experience, safety, and performance. Working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams, you’ll bring concepts from idea to execution while staying current with industry trends and materials.

Key Qualifications:

5+ years in design (architecture, industrial design, engineering, or similar)
Experience in amusement, themed attractions, or aquatic play preferred
Strong skills in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; 3D/visualization tools an asset
Proven ability to deliver creative, practical design solutions end-to-end
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
