Full job description

We are searching for a full-time candidate to join as a Custodian, supporting the office and showroom commercial building, located in Woodbridge.

The ideal candidate will be responsible, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities will also include the physical upkeep of the office and showroom by maintaining a high level of sanitation and cleanliness.

This position is for an existing vacancy.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Responsible for thorough cleaning for office and showroom commercial building
Cleans floors and rooms including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Cleans washrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, cleaning countertops, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
Cleans lunchrooms, including cleaning countertops, refrigerators, emptying trash, sweeping, and mopping lunchroom floors.
Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
Performs additional duties as needed.

Full-Time Opportunity
Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3pm (schedule can be flexible)
Benefits Package (after 3 months probationary period)

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years custodian/janitorial experience
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
Capacity to take direction
Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
