We are hiring for an existent vacancy, seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Marketing Events Coordinator supports the execution of TP-Link Canada’s B2B, ISP, channel, and partner marketing initiatives through operational excellence, event coordination, CRM administration, and logistics management.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys coordinating projects, managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that programs run smoothly from planning through execution. While the position is part of the marketing team, the primary focus is on operations, administration, event support, and process management rather than creative marketing activities.
The successful candidate will support more than 50 events annually, including partner events, tradeshows, roadshows, webinars, certification training sessions, and customer engagement activities across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of partner events, tradeshows, roadshows, webinars, certification trainings, and customer engagement activities
- Research venues, catering, accommodations, and event services
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations
- Coordinate event registrations, attendee communications, and logistics
- Assist with onsite event setup, registration management, signage, and materials distribution
- Prepare event checklists, schedules, and support documentation
- Support post-event reporting and follow-up activities
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Coordinate shipments of demonstration equipment, event materials, signage, and marketing assets
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and venue documentation
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues as required
- Maintain inventory records for event materials, demo equipment, and promotional items
- Organize and maintain storage areas and marketing inventory
CRM & Lead Administration
- Collect leads from events, webinars, training sessions, and partner activities
- Clean, standardize, validate, and upload lead data into CRM systems
- Ensure accurate tagging, categorization, and routing of leads
- Support weekly lead reporting and monthly data audits
- Maintain CRM records and assist with data quality initiatives
Marketing Operations & Administrative Support
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and operational documentation
- Update internal systems including SharePoint, CRM platforms, and registration tools
- Coordinate webinar registrations, reminders, and attendee communications
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to event-related inquiries
- Assist with event budgets, purchase requests, invoices, and expense tracking
- Generate basic operational reports and performance summaries
- Maintain organized filing systems, digital assets, and shared resources
Content & Event Support
- Capture photos and short video clips during events and training sessions
- Document event setup and execution for internal records
- Coordinate with internal marketing resources regarding content requirements
- Organize and upload event assets following company standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is considered an asset.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, event coordination, project coordination, logistics, customer service, or a related support role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Experience working with CRM systems is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move event materials when required
- Willingness to travel occasionally and support evening or early-morning events
- Eligibility to work in Canada
