Full job description

We are currently looking to hire an experienced, skilled, and motivated Building Maintenance Handyman to join our Casa Loma team.

Successful candidate must:

Have 3+ years of experience as Handyman
Have a proven work experience in the field with a focus on activities i.e. drywalling, plastering, painting, staining, flooring, framing, lighting, carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulating, finishing, trimming, and casing etc.
Be able to drive scissor lift, articulating boom, skid steer
Be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Reliability and dependability reflected in strong communication skills and work ethic.
Be familiar with building maintenance, air filters, plugged drains, inspect boilers, HVAC Units and best practices for safety consciousness.
Driver's license with a clean record is an asset
Must be able to squat, bend over, kneel, and lift heavy objects (50 lbs or more) as required
Must be available to workdays, evenings, and weekends
Must be able to legally work in Canada
