Full job description

Raise is proactively curating exceptional candidates for upcoming roles with a highly regulated, enterprise-level organization in the energy sector, supporting complex, large-scale projects.

We have an ongoing need to fill this role—when you apply, you’ll be considered for both current and upcoming openings. If your skills and experience are a match, our recruitment team will reach out with details on potential start dates.

Location: Primarily GTA / Durham Region (Hybrid/Onsite depending on role)

Expected Start: Future Opportunities

Contract Length: Typically 6–24 months (with strong likelihood of extension)

Job Description

Raise is building a pipeline of procurement and contract professionals to support large-scale capital projects and operations.

These roles are critical in ensuring materials, services, and vendors are aligned with project objectives and timelines.

What You’ll Work On

Manage end-to-end procurement processes and sourcing strategies
Develop and administer contracts and purchase agreements
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Track procurement progress, purchase orders, and deliveries
Support vendor performance management and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Must-Have Skills

3–8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Understanding of procurement lifecycle processes

Nice-to-Have Skills

Supply chain certifications (SCMP, CPSM, etc.)
Experience in infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors
