We are presently seeking for a Storekeeper/Shipping/Receiving on a day shift whose role consists of carrying out daily operations relating to the store including reception, distribution of sets of parts, warehousing and shipping of products. Use of a computer is required for data recording and inventory management.
Your responsibilities:

Issues goods as requested by the “kitting” department;
-
Receives, record transactions and stores raw materials as required as per P7019;
-
Maintains records of quantities received and disbursed of raw materials;
-
Cleans, count and repackages assembly parts;
-
Performs inventory counts;
-
Receives, record transactions & packs and ships finished goods as required;
-
Prepares shipment documents as required as per P7022;
-
Receives and maintains records for returned goods as per P7035;
-
Delivers lab supplies as requested by production;
-
Handles and stores hazardous materials including chemical products;
-
Wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the regulations;
-
Performs other related duties as required.
Your qualifications:
-
Completed High School diploma;
-
Experience as inventory clerk and inventory management an asset;
-
Dangerous Goods Handling certification;
-
Attention to details and precision;
-
Forklift certification an asset;
-
Results oriented;
-
Ability to work autonomously.
-
Ability to work under pressure, in a team often very busy and in constant evolution;
-
Ability to lift a maximum weight of 50 Lbs. (23 Kg);
-
Knowledge of SAP is an asset;
-
French required, business communication in English both written and spoken is required in order to be able to communicate with carriers outside Quebec.
