The team at Dr. Eric Pommainville Dental Clinic, located in Rockland, Ontario, is looking for a passionate and hard-working Office Manager to join the team on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate for our team and clinic is comfortable building trust with patients, communicates clearly with both patients and colleagues, and is able to work independently when needed.

Annual salary (to be discussed based on experience)

SCHEDULE:

30 hours per week
4 days per week
Start date: As soon as possible

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management or dental administration required
Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentitek is considered an asset
Excellent proficiency with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients and dental care providers
Thorough knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
Experience maintaining a professional level of patient confidentiality
Proven experience managing budgets and other financial transactions
Positive leadership, communication, and compassion
General knowledge of management functions (HR, accounting, etc.)
Knowledge of protocols and software systems
Strong organizational skills (priority management and anticipation)
Transparency, ethics, and honesty
Open-mindedness toward learning, autonomy, and proactivity
