Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of treats including muffins, cookies, donuts, and fondant

Decorate baked goods to meet customer expectations

Maintain quality standards for all products

Manage production schedules and record quantities of goods produced

Track baking supplies, receive orders, and rotate stock as needed

Communicate product demand changes to management

Oversee merchandising of baked goods
