Full job description

Experienced Hardscape & Stonework Crew Lead

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hardscape & Stonework professional to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well with others, and is capable of leading a crew when needed.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supervising a hardscape crew.
Installing interlocking pavers and brick paving.
Site preparation, including grading and screeding.
Measuring, marking, and cutting pavers and stone.
Installing large-format porcelain/concrete pavers and tile.
Concrete installation and finishing.
Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hardscape and stone installation.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.

We are extremely busy with a steady pipeline of projects and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a professional team that values quality workmanship and a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
