Full job description

Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the welcoming face and reliable point of contact for our guests during overnight hours. This role combines the essential duties of guest check-in and check-out, ensuring seamless guest experiences, with the critical responsibility of auditing daily financial transactions to maintain accurate records. Your energetic and professional approach will help create a warm, safe, and efficient environment for all visitors while supporting the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs with a friendly, professional demeanor
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy
Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine inspections of public areas, and controlling access to the property
Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation accurately for management review
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones with proper phone etiquette and managing reservations or special requests
Loading Laundry and Dryer Machines
Preparing early morning breakfast room

Qualifications

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse guest populations
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
Knowledge of guest services standards, hospitality best practices, and security procedures
Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.95-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23.0 – 37.5 per week
