Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Food and Beverage Server, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Handle cash transactions efficiently with proper cash handling and cashiering procedures
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation by adhering to food handling guidelines and sanitation protocols
Assist in food preparation and serving to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and address any special dietary requests or concerns
Ensure cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and service stations in compliance with health regulations

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
Strong communication skills for effective guest interactions and teamwork within the restaurant staff
Previous kitchen or food industry experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in serving and food prep tasks
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
