Rôle:

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un machiniste pour se joindre à notre équipe.

Les objectifs du rôle:

Programmer les pièces à usiner sur contrôleurs numériques, fraisage avec 4 axes, contrôle sur contrôleur Mitsubishi, effectuer le réglage et l'usinage des pièces répétitives et non répétitives.
Lire des plans, des schémas et des croquis pour déterminer comment procéder avec les montages et les opérations à effectuer et déterminer l'enchaînement optimal des opérations.
Calculer les dimensions et les tolérances, mesurer et apparier les éléments à usiner.
Vérifier les instruments de mesure de précision pour valider l'exactitude des dimensions du produit.
Communiquer les écarts par rapport aux plans et dessins

Nous recherchons quelqu’un avec:

3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la programmation et l'utilisation de machines CNC dans un environnement manufacturier.
Un DEP dans le domaine technique
Expérience de la configuration, du réglage et de l'utilisation de toutes les machines-outils de base.
Expérience en usinage conventionnel
De solides compétences en communication
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes
Le soudage MIG est considéré comme un atout

Role:

We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities of this roles:

Program parts to be machined on digital controllers, milling with 4 axes, control on Mitsubishi controller, perform setup and machining of repetitive and non-repetitive parts.
Read plans, diagrams and sketch to determine how to proceed with the fixtures and the operations to be performed and determine the optimal operation sequencing.
Calculate dimensions and tolerances, measure and match the elements to be machined.
Check the precision measuring instruments to validate the product dimensions accuracy.
Communicating the deviations from the plans and drawings

What we are looking for:

3-5 years of experience programming and operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
A DEP in a technical field
Experience with setting up, adjusting and operating all basic machine tools.
Conventional machining experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to problem solve
MIG Welding is considered an asset
