Responsabilités
- Identifier, préparer et organiser les composants et consommables (rails DIN, conduits et sous-ensembles) selon la liste des matériaux (BOM)
- Couper à longueur et sertir des fils électriques de différentes sections et codes de couleurs conformément aux fiches techniques et aux normes de sécurité
- Assembler des panneaux électriques de petite à moyenne taille et installer les composants selon les pratiques standards
- Acheminer et connecter les fils électriques et réseaux selon les schémas de câblage
- Remplir la documentation et maintenir le statut de production à jour dans le système de routage
- Assembler les systèmes en suivant les instructions des procédures opérationnelles standard
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems with precision and adherence to technical specifications. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and technical expertise are highly valued. Candidates should possess a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical assembly, with experience in manufacturing processes. This position is essential for ensuring the quality and functionality of our electrical products, contributing directly to the success of our production line.
Duties
- Identify, prepare & organize components & consumables (din rails, conduits and subsets)
- according to BOM;
- Cut to length & Crimp electrical wires of various gauges and color-coding following
- specification sheet and safety standard;
- Assemble electrical panels from small to medium sizes and install components in
- accordance with standard practices;
- Rout & connect electrical & network wires according to pattern on the schematics;
- Fill out the documentation and maintain production status up-to-date in routing system;
- Assemble systems following instructions from the standard operating procedure.
Skills
- Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical wiring techniques
- Strong electrical experience combined with mechanical knowledge of machinery and components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturing instructions
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment for precise assembly
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Experience with electrical assembly within a manufacturing setting is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
