Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) boucher(ère) qualifié(e) et dévoué(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe. Ce poste consiste à préparer et découper des produits de viande avec précision, tout en respectant les normes de salubrité et de sécurité alimentaire.

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une expérience dans l’industrie alimentaire, particulièrement en boucherie et en préparation des viandes, et s’engage à offrir un excellent service à la clientèle. La personne retenue devra interagir avec les clients et préparer leurs commandes selon leurs attentes.

Responsabilités

Effectuer les tâches de découpe et de préparation des viandes avec précision, tout en respectant les normes de sécurité.
Préparer les produits de viande destinés à la vente, notamment en les parant, les portionnant et les emballant.
Communiquer avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins et de préparer leurs commandes selon leurs demandes.
Veiller au respect de toutes les procédures de manipulation des aliments conformément aux règlements en matière de salubrité alimentaire.
Maintenir la propreté et l’assainissement des espaces de travail, des outils et des équipements.
Conseiller les clients dans le choix des produits et offrir un service à la clientèle courtois et professionnel.
Gérer les niveaux d’inventaire, réapprovisionner les présentoirs et organiser les produits de façon efficace.
Respecter les procédures d’emballage alimentaire afin d’assurer la fraîcheur et la qualité des produits.
Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes.

Exigences

Une expérience préalable dans l’industrie alimentaire, particulièrement en boucherie ou en préparation des viandes, est un atout.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication.
Bonne connaissance des normes de manipulation des aliments, de salubrité et d’hygiène.
Maîtrise des techniques de découpe de la viande avec précision et efficacité.
Capacité à utiliser les équipements de boucherie de façon sécuritaire et efficace.
Souci du détail et engagement envers des normes élevées de qualité.
Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et attitude professionnelle.
Une expérience en cuisine est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique tout en maintenant un haut niveau de sécurité, de précision et d’efficacité.

Overview

Duties

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment
Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable customer service
Manage inventory levels, restock displays, and organize products efficiently
Follow proper food packaging protocols to ensure freshness and quality
Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry, especially in butchery or meat preparation, is preferred
Communication skills
Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices
Skilled in meat cutting techniques with precision and efficiency
Ability to operate relevant equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy
