Role:

Inspect, diagnose, recommend, and repair faults & malfunctions in mechanical components, hydraulic systems, and electronics of equipment in for servicing.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, recommend, service, and repair faults & malfunctions in mechanical components, hydraulic systems, and electronics of concrete pumping equipment
Communicate with shop Foreman/Service Manager for authorizing of servicing and repairs as required
Check/test all repaired work to ensure that pumps are in good and safe operating condition
Input to repair order to ensure all required information on work order is accurate legible and complete
Maintain accurate personal timecards associated to work orders
Record parts and equipment utilized on the repair order and ensure the parts person is aware of stock taken
Maintenance on support equipment and fleet
Over the phone customer support may be required
Adhere to all safety policies, maintain and utilize appropriate PPE

Qualifications:

Completion of secondary school or trade certificate an asset
Able to work at heights (can provide training)
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
Able to work independently, or as part of a team, be reliable, and self-driven
An understanding of concrete, construction, and concrete pumping
Previous experience working on Mack or Putzmeister equipment an asset
Previous experience working on hydraulics
Dependable, hardworking, punctual, reliable, team player with positive attitude

Rôle:

Inspecter, diagnostiquer, recommander et réparer les pannes et dysfonctionnements des composants mécaniques, des systèmes hydrauliques et électroniques des équipements en maintenance.

Responsabilités :

Inspecter, diagnostiquer, recommander, entretenir et réparer les pannes et dysfonctionnements des composants mécaniques, des systèmes hydrauliques et électroniques des pompes à béton.
Communiquer avec le contremaître d'atelier/responsable du service après-vente pour obtenir l'autorisation des interventions d'entretien et de réparation.
Vérifier et tester toutes les réparations afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement et la sécurité des pompes.
Saisir les informations requises sur le bon de réparation afin de s'assurer qu'elles sont exactes, lisibles et complètes.
Tenir à jour ses feuilles de temps personnelles relatives aux bons de travail.
Consigner les pièces et l'équipement utilisés sur le bon de réparation et s'assurer que le responsable des pièces est informé des prélèvements.
Entretien du matériel de soutien et du parc de véhicules.
Service à la clientèle par téléphone possible.
Respecter toutes les politiques de sécurité et utiliser l'équipement de protection individuelle approprié.

Qualifications :

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou certificat de métier (un atout).
Capacité de travailler en hauteur (formation offerte).
Capacité de soulever régulièrement des charges d'au moins 23 kg (50 lb).
Capacité de travailler de façon autonome ou en équipe, fiabilité et motivation.
Connaissance du béton, de la construction et des procédés de fabrication du béton. Pompage
Expérience préalable avec l'équipement Mack ou Putzmeister (un atout)
Expérience préalable en hydraulique
Personne fiable, travailleuse, ponctuelle, appréciant le travail d'équipe et dotée d'une attitude positive
