Description sommaire:

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne créative, proactive, dévouée, prête à répondre aux appels de nos clients et distributeurs américains. L’agent (e) vente et service client conseille ces derniers, leur présente des soumissions, finalise les commandes et coordonne les livraisons et/ou installations. La majorité du travail se déroulera en anglais.

Principales responsabilités :

Traiter les demandes Internet par courriel, téléphone et Chat;
Préparer les soumissions, assurer les suivis nécessaires et contribuer à la conversion des opportunités;
Préparer les informations nécessaires aux suivis client, enjeux et actions en cours;
Maintenir à jour les dossiers clients, les activités et les opportunités dans les outils internes;
Coordonner les livraisons et les installations;
Offrir un support technique de 1er niveau aux clients ;
Répondre et gérer les appels de service et de garantie.

Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle;

Qualifications requises :

DES ou équivalent 3-4 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle/vente, milieu manufacturier (un atout);
Bonne compréhension des techniques de vente et de relance ;
Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Expérience avec un CRM ou un ERP : un atout;
Bilinguisme OBLIGATOIRE français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Nos clients étant situés aux États-Unis et au Canada, la maîtrise de l’anglais est essentielle;

Summary Description

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and dedicated individual who is ready to answer calls from our American clients and distributors. The Sales and Customer Service Agent will advise them, present quotes, finalize orders, and coordinate deliveries and/or installations. Most of the work will be conducted in English.

Main Responsibilities

Process internet inquiries via email, phone, and chat;
Prepare quotes, conduct necessary follow-ups, and contribute to converting opportunities;
Prepare information required for client follow-ups, ongoing issues, and current actions;
Keep customer files, activities, and opportunities up to date using internal tools;
Coordinate deliveries and installations;
Provide tier-1 technical support to clients;
Answer and manage service and warranty calls.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma (DES) or equivalent;
3–4 years of experience in customer service/sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment (an asset);
Good understanding of sales and follow-up techniques;
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with a CRM or ERP is an asset;
MANDATORY bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written. As our clients are in the United States and Canada, fluency in English is essential.

Pay: $16.10-$32.16 per hour
