Wanna dive into the exciting digital and tech marketing universe and join our team?

We are looking for an Account Manager to solidify our existing team. You will be responsible for driving revenue through relationships with Ubiweb’s existing clients through up-selling and renewals. You will also play a key role in managing customer happiness, and will use these discussions to ensure repeat business.

If you wish to advance your sales career in digital marketing, this position is for you!

What your day-to-day looks like

Engage with existing customers to upsell, renew and cross sell
Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Effectively lead new opportunity through a defined sales process, and track prospect progression to close in Hubspot
Lead one-on-one screen sharing presentations as required
Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
Being a quality ambassador for the entire Ubiweb team.

What you bring to the team

2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a solution‐sales / technology‐related environment
Excellent telephone manner, experience selling over the phone is a plus
Excellent customer service skills particularly communication over the telephone, which includes good listening skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
Strong presentation skills
Passion for people and digital marketing
A high level of technical aptitude
Strong attention to detail
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
Capability of excelling in a competitive work environment, being energetic and numbers driven.
