Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. This role is essential in providing high-quality service and upholding the standards of our establishment.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance.
Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaning supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required.
Familiarity with custodial or industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.
