True North Salmon LP, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in the Canada’s Best Managed Companies Program has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Company’s Production Team based out of our Fundy Bay Drive facility located in St. George, NB.

Cooke is a global seafood company with operations in North America, Europe, and South America. The Role

As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Production Supervisor to our team of professionals. This is a Monday to Friday Night Shift position. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the successful candidate will:

Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction to the operational/production staff.
Be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met
Have excellent people management and communication skills to build effective staff and organizational relationships
Possess a high attention to detail and quality, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet cost and schedule requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and should possess a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience completed by above average computer skills. Experience and/or training in production will be considered asset.
