Job description:

Saint John Toyota is looking for an accounting clerk to join our team. This position requires handling administrative inquiries and requests, processing work orders and invoicing, developing and maintaining policies and procedures to improve operations and manage/maintain records for insurance claims. Past experience in a similar position of administration billing or insurance is required. Please see below for more details.

Responsibilities are:

· Manage administrative inquiries and requests

· Maintain and manage records for insurance claims

· Reconcile and close work orders

· Develop and maintain policies and procedures to improve operations

· Ensure any discrepancies are corrected in a timely manner

· Create open communication with staff both onsite and off

Skills and Qualifications Required:

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

· Experience with accounts payable

· Ability to work independently

· High attention to detail

· Comfortable working in fast paced environment

· Previous experience in administration
