Full job description

Established over 90 years ago, New System Laundry & Cleaners Ltd is a local, family owned company providing innovative Uniform Programs and related services to customers throughout New Brunswick. Services include the rental, cleaning and sale of industrial work uniforms, career apparel, towels, mats, mops, and facility services. New System Laundry & Cleaners Ltd is an industry leader in customer retention and is one of the most trusted and respected uniform rental companies serving New Brunswick.

Requirements

· Dependable with a flexible schedule Mon-Fri (days).

· High level of attention to detail complete with strong organizational skills.

· Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

· Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract (to be provided).

· Must enjoy working in a fast pace environment.

· Strong Customer Service Skills.

· Must possess a positive and professional attitude.

· Must be Physically fit for bending, lifting, crouching with weight and product involved.

· General knowledge of Saint John, Fredericton, and Sussex would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities and duties

· Conduct vehicle inspections before departing.

· Deliver / exchange product to customers on assigned route.

· Safely manage a daily route to operate and maintain a commercial vehicle along an established route with timely pickup and delivery of rental products and facility services, including, but not limited to - uniforms, shop towels, aprons, mops, and mats on a weekly basis.

· Gather new employee garment sizing information while servicing the location if needed.

· Maintain a clean, organized truck including the general maintenance.

Compensation

· Hourly wage through training.

· Opportunity for $35K + annually.

· Possibility of future advancements in sales, route supervision, etc.
