Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled mechanic/assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a passion for inspecting, assembling, vehicle components, connecting hydraulic system, drilling, taping and repairing any UTV International rugged tracked vehicles.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

· Inspects, repairs and maintains heavy equipment machinery

· Assembling and installation of UTV off road tracked vehicles

· Addressing any problems with equipment through troubleshooting and perform repair work.

· Conducting quality control on the vehicles as they are being built

· Engaging in various labor activities to assist in the relocation of equipment, tools and other materials.

· Carrying out additional maintenance responsibilities as required

Requirements:

· Prior experience in heavy equipment mechanics

· Proficient understanding of mobile hydraulic systems / ability to read/understand hydraulic schematics

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients

· Exceptional ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred:

· Class 1 license

· Expertise with diesel engines

· Forklift certification would be an asset

Education and Work Experience:

· Auto mechanic certification (preferred)

· Experience of at least 3 years in mechanics

Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en mécanique ainsi qu’une passion pour l’inspection, l’assemblage de composantes de véhicules, le raccordement de systèmes hydrauliques, le perçage, le taraudage et la réparation de véhicules tout-terrain à chenilles robustes fabriqués par UTV International.

Ce poste est essentiel pour assurer le fonctionnement efficace et sécuritaire de nos équipements et contribuer au succès global de nos opérations.

Principales responsabilités

Inspecter, réparer et entretenir de la machinerie lourde.
Effectuer l’assemblage et l’installation de véhicules tout-terrain à chenilles UTV.
Diagnostiquer les problèmes d’équipement, effectuer le dépannage et réaliser les réparations nécessaires.
Assurer le contrôle de la qualité des véhicules tout au long du processus de fabrication.
Participer à diverses tâches manuelles liées au déplacement d’équipements, d’outils et de matériaux.
Effectuer toute autre tâche d’entretien ou de maintenance requise.

Exigences

Expérience préalable en mécanique d’équipement lourd.
Bonne maîtrise des systèmes hydrauliques mobiles et capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas hydrauliques.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles avec la clientèle.
Grande capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’une équipe.

Atouts

Permis de conduire classe 1.
Expertise en moteurs diesel.
Certification de conducteur de chariot élévateur (un atout).

Formation et expérience

Certification en mécanique automobile (un atout).
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en mécanique.
