TECHNICIEN(NE) PLANOGRAMME ET VISUEL

Relevant de la Directrice, Présentation visuelle, le/la Technicien(ne) Planogrammes et Montage Visuel est responsable de la présentation visuelle de nos produits, depuis la conception des agencements (basée sur le marketing, les collections et la disponibilité des produits) jusqu'au développement des présentations en magasin.

CE QUE TU FERAS AU QUOTIDIEN

Créer et maintenir les diagrammes et planogrammes pour tous les magasins et clients « Wholesale », en respectant les standards visuels de la marque et les normes de qualité du département.
Assurer le développement des planogrammes en utilisant des bases de données à jour, telles que les plans d’assortiment, la compréhension des stocks modèles et la vélocité planifiée.
Participer aux montages dans notre magasin modèle interne ainsi que dans les magasins sélectionnés.
Concevoir et configurer la présentation visuelle des présentoirs en magasin.
Présenter la marchandise de manière créative, efficace et cohérente.
Effectuer des visites régulières dans les magasins pour rester connecté aux besoins opérationnels réels (perspective 3D de nos produits).
Rechercher, analyser et développer des tendances en étudiant régulièrement la concurrence et divers forums, notamment les réseaux sociaux, pour se tenir à l’affût des nouvelles tendances.
Participer aux montages des magasins rénovés ainsi qu'à ceux des nouveaux magasins.
Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes requises.

CE QUE TU AS À OFFRIR

Posséder au moins 5 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire au sein de l’industrie du commerce de détail.
Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en design de présentation ou équivalent.
Solide expérience en présentation visuelle et en création de planogrammes.
Créativité et excellente connaissance des tendances de mise en marché dans le domaine de la décoration.
Rigueur et souci du détail.
Aisance avec les bases de données.
Capacité à gérer efficacement les priorités et à s'organiser.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et d’Adobe Photoshop.
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis, puisque le poste nécessite des communications régulières avec les équipes des magasins situés à l’extérieur du Québec.
Posséder une automobile et être disponible pour des déplacements, selon les besoins (1 à 2 fois par semaine en magasin).

TES CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

Poste temporaire à temps plein (contrat de 6 mois).
Horaire de travail de 37,5 heures par semaine.
Modèle de travail hybride : 3 jours en présentiel au bureau et 2 jours en télétravail.

PLANOGRAM AND VISUAL TECHNICIAN

Reporting to the Visual Presentation Director, the Planogram and Visual Setup Technician is responsible for the visual presentation of our products, from the design of layouts (based on marketing, collections and product availability) to the development of in-store presentations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create and maintain diagrams and planograms for all stores and wholesale clients, while ensuring compliance with the brand’s visual standards and the department’s quality standards.
Develop planograms using up-to-date data, including assortment plans, model stock levels, and planned product velocity.
Participate in visual setups in our internal model store as well as in selected stores.
Design and configure the visual presentation of in-store displays.
Present merchandise in a creative, effective, and consistent manner.
Conduct regular store visits to stay connected to operational needs and maintain a strong understanding of how our products are presented in a physical retail environment.
Research, analyze, and identify trends by regularly reviewing competitors and various platforms, including social media, to stay up to date on emerging trends.
Participate in visual setups for renovated stores and new store openings.
Perform any other related duties as required.

WHAT YOU BRING

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
College diploma (DEC) in presentation design or an equivalent field.
Strong experience in visual presentation and planogram creation.
Creativity and excellent knowledge of merchandising trends in the home décor industry.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Comfort working with databases.
Ability to effectively manage priorities and stay organized.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
Bilingualism in French and English is required, as the position involves regular communication with store teams located outside Quebec.
Own a vehicle and be available to travel as needed, approximately 1 to 2 times per week to stores.

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS

Temporary full-time position (6-month contract).
37.5-hour work week.
Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
