Magasinier | Store Clerk

Lieu : Elimetal, Saint-Laurent, Montréal

Vous êtes organisé, autonome et à l’aise dans un environnement manufacturier? Elimetal est à la recherche d’un magasinier pour soutenir ses activités de production à son usine de Ville Saint-Laurent.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion de l’inventaire, de la préparation des kits pour l’assemblage ainsi que de la réception et de l’expédition des marchandises.

Vos responsabilités

Recevoir, vérifier et ranger le matériel;
Enregistrer les réceptions et les mouvements de pièces dans le système MRP;
Préparer les kits de pièces nécessaires à l’assemblage;
Remettre les kits aux équipes de production;
Maintenir la traçabilité des pièces et de leur niveau de révision;
Remplir les documents de sortie, de retour, de réception et d’expédition;
Effectuer les transactions requises dans le système MRP;
Participer à la gestion et au contrôle de l’inventaire;
Assurer la réception et l’expédition des marchandises.

Profil recherché

Diplôme d’études secondaires;
Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience pertinente, ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience;
Expérience avec un système MRP;
Bonne aisance avec les systèmes informatiques;
Capacité à conduire un chariot élévateur;
Capacité à soulever des charges pouvant atteindre 50 lb;
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais;
Bon sens de l’organisation et des priorités;
Autonomie, initiative et débrouillardise;
Esprit d’équipe et bonnes aptitudes en communication;
Capacité à respecter les normes de qualité, les objectifs de productivité et les échéanciers.

Are you organized, independent and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment? Elimetal is looking for a Store Clerk to support production activities at its Ville Saint-Laurent facility.

In this role, you will be responsible for inventory management, preparing assembly kits, and receiving and shipping merchandise.

Your responsibilities

Receive, inspect and store incoming materials;
Record receipts and part movements in the MRP system;
Prepare the parts kits required for assembly;
Deliver completed kits to the production teams;
Maintain the traceability of parts and their revision levels;
Complete issue, return, receiving and shipping documentation;
Perform the required transactions in the MRP system;
Support inventory management and control;
Handle the receiving and shipping of merchandise.

What we are looking for

High school diploma;
Minimum of five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
Experience using an MRP system;
Good computer skills;
Ability to operate a forklift;
Ability to lift up to 50 lb;
Fluency in French and English;
Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
Initiative, resourcefulness and independence;
Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills;
Ability to meet quality and productivity standards while respecting deadlines.
