Nous sommes à la recherche d'Opérateurs de machine disponible pour travailler sur les trois quarts de travail (jour,soiret nuit) pour notre usine de Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. Les candidats doivent être flexibles au niveau de l'horaire de travail.

Si vous êtes résident de la Rive-Sud, il s'agit d'une occasion fantastique de travailler près de chez vous dans des installations entièrement neuves, spacieuses et modernes.

Responsabilités générales

Effectuer les réglages, approvisionner, et opérer les machines assignées;
Gérer le travail au sein d'une equipe de production afin de maximiser la production;
Effectuer des évaluations de qualité pendant la production, la palettisation ou l'emballage;
Dépanner (faire du "troubleshooting") afin de minimiser les temps d'arrêt;
Maintenir une zone de production propre et dégagée.

Exigences de base

Être à l'aise avec les machines industrielles ;
Être capable de soulever jusqu'à 20 kilogrammes / 45 livres.
Être en bonne condition physique, sans problèmes auditifs ou de dos.
Être capable de se tenir debout, marcher, pousser, tirer, s'accroupir, se pencher et tendre les bras le longs d'un quart de travail.
Avoir de l'expérience comme opérateur de machine (un atout).

Candidat idéal

6 à 12 mois d'expérience dans un environnement de production rapide et sur une ligne de production comme opérateur;
Personne proactive et curieuse, possédant une excellente dextérité et de bonnes aptitudes mécaniques;
Personne très fiable, orientée vers le travail d'équipe et les résultats.

We are looking for Machine operators available to work all three shifts (day, evening, and night) at our plant in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. Candidates must be flexible regarding their work schedule.

Job Summary

Machine operators work in teams and perform a variety of interrelated tasks with the goal of producing cans in accordance with our quality standards.

General Responsibilities

Perform set ups, load raw materials, and operate assigned machinery with the goal of completing assigned work orders;
Manage the workflow within an assigned production unit to maximize production and ensure health and quality standards are maintained at all times;
Perform timely quality assessments of finished products during production, palletizing, or packaging;
Troubleshoot issues on the fly so as to minimize downtime;
Maintain a clean and uncluttered production area.

Basic requirements:

Be comfortable around industrial machinery;
Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms / 45 pounds.
Be physically fit with no auditory issues or back issues.
Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during long shifts.
Machine operating experience or production line experience an asset but not a requirement.

Ideal candidate:

6 to 12 months work experience in a fast-pace production environment on an assembly line;
Proactive individual with excellent dexterity and good mechanical abilities;
Highly dependable team and results oriented individual.
