94,200 - 115,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. What you'll do here:

As a Scrum Master, you will act as a facilitator to support the team in reaching their objectives while contributing to the establishment of a pleasant and efficient environment.

Join a team with high visibility and a multitude of challenges.
Work closely with the team and provide vision and leadership.
Ensure proactive and effective communication at all levels and mobilize teams.
Anticipate problems and sensible situations, propose solutions and participate in the resolution.
Work with the manager and project manager to determine sprint priorities.
Formalise delivery processes, quality control and the "Definition of Done".

Guide the team in applying the AGILE methodology while adapting the methodology according to the needs of the team and the context of deliveries.
Measure the velocity of the team and the progress of the deliverables.
Plan and coordinate deployments, prepare deployment plans, and produce evidence for implementation.

What you bring to the table:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience.
3 + years of experience as a Scrum Master.
7 + years of experience in software engineering.
Good understanding of integration and continuous delivery processes.
Strong experience of software engineering practices such as Agile, DevOps, CI and CD and others.
Scrum Master certification is an asset.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

You are:

Interested in data warehouse, able to interact with software engineers and data scientists.
Comfortable working in complex environments that are constantly evolving and multidisciplinary team.
Mobilizer, delivery-oriented and good priority management.
Autonomous, resourceful and able to question the status quo.
Very good communicator, ability to negotiate and take decisions.
