Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to lead, support daily operations, provide exceptional service to our unique and niche clientele. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in insurance, leadership potential, and a passion for the sport sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the insurance team
- Support client relationship management, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Oversee policy administration, renewals, endorsements, and documentation accuracy
- Help develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance industry (commercial or specialty insurance preferred)
- Level 2 Insurance License
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
- Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and client service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIP, CAIB) are considered an asset
